How can I change my programming?
You can change your programming by calling our office at 1-866-887-6434. Visit the myTV services page of this website to view the most current channel packages and promotions.
Why do I receive a not authorized message when I select a channel?
When you receive this message it means the selected channel is not part of your current programming packages. You can order the channel by calling Cable Cable at 1-866-887-6434.
When I order a channel, how long will it take for me to be able to watch it?
It can take up to a half-hour before you can watch the channel, but it usually does not take this long.
Why don't we have a choice over the programming of various networks?
Cable Cable does not have control over the programming choices that the various networks make. If you would like to contact a particular network we would be glad to provide you with the contact information. Please contact our Customer Service at 1-866-887-6434 option 2.
