Cable Cable is a locally owned and operated company in Fenelon Falls, employing 25 staff members, all living within the City of Kawartha Lakes.
Since opening in 1983 Cable Cable has devoted itself to the development of infrastructure. Cable Cable founders, Tony Fiorini and David Pendleburry started with a dream of escaping the monopoly that was television services in the 80s. With only 4 staff members, and a small service area of Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon, they never imagined the immense success and growth the company would experience.
Over thirty years later, Cable Cable owns the largest 10-gigabit broadband network in the City of Kawartha Lakes.
Along with cable TV services, this network provides access to high speed Internet and digital home phone service throughout the area using coaxial cable connection, licensed wireless technology and fiber to the home. Whether it’s unlimited bandwidth or uninterrupted service, Cable Cable is always engaging in more ways to expand their business. The company has its own construction crew, which has significantly expedited service delivery and development.
Cable Cable has greatly expanded, adding broadband Internet services in 1997, digital cable in 2000 and most recently Video on Demand in 2010. Cable Cable brings the world to our customers‘ doors through innovative delivery of cable, fiber optics, high speed Internet and advertising. Cable Cable has made extensive investments into technology and infrastructure.
For Cable Cable it is not just about technology. Providing subscribers with the best customer service possible is also a top priority. Cable Cable recently expanded their customer support desk to provide an improved level of local, high quality and truly responsive support. To date customer feedback has been extremely positive and callers appreciate speaking with someone local.
Cable Cable is committed to delivering the most up to date technology to their customers as it becomes available, while also ensuring the highest quality of customer service. With over 30 years behind them, General Manger, Michael Fiorini and staff look forward to added future success.
